NEHRA's virtual mentoring platform is designed to connect experienced mentors and ambitious mentees by sharing resources and experiences, as well as work together to achieve professional and personal goals. This is a great opportunity to share industry insight and enhance your network with a group of eager professionals!

  • Join multiple relationships at once to allow you to mentor and be mentored simultaneously
  • Customize the time frame of the program based on your schedule and needs

The mentee should be responsible for connecting with their mentor directly. We suggest 6 meet-ups throughout a 6-month program. Alternatively, video calls can be used where traveling is difficult to coordinate between your pair. Mentees are encouraged to continue regular email or phone contact through the program to stay connected.

Submit a professional lesson, project or anecdote from your NEHRA mentoring experience and your mentoring relationship could be featured on NEHRA's e-Newsletter and social media platforms! Capitalize on giving you and your pair additional HR visibility and personal brand exposure. Blog-style posts should be 700-1,000 words and include specifics about the mentoring relationship made through NEHRA.
