SCHEDULE AND TIME COMMITMENT *subject to change* 
Each cohort runs from either November through February, or March through May. Generally, there are two sessions per month. Currently 5 of the 8 sessions are held virtually in 2-3 hour time slots. The remaining 3 held in person and are full days. Participants will embark on a journey of self-assessment, allowing you to track your growth from start to finish.
