How do I log in / access my NEHRA membership?
Click here to login and view/update your account! While logged in, you can update your profile, change contact information, and more using the ‘manage profile’ link found on the bottom right hand side of the homepage. Once you are on the profile page, click on the ‘edit bio’ folder to update your information or change your password. 

Is a ‘visitor’ / ‘past-expired’ a membership?
It is not. While you can login and see your transactions, you do not have access to any perks of a paid NEHRA membership. View those benefits here and join us today! 

How long does my membership last? 
12 months from the date in which your membership was processed. Example: If your membership is processed on 1/7/2020, then your membership expires on 1/7/2021.

Can I renew my membership before it expires? 
Yes, we love your enthusiasm! You can renew your membership up to 120 days before it expires.  If you renew before your expiration date, 12 months will be added to your current expiration date.  If you renew after your membership had lapsed, 12 months will be added to the date in which your membership was processed.

I have a SHRM membership, why can't I log in?
NEHRA is affiliate of SHRM but is separate organization. To receive NEHRA member benefits and access to the "member only" sections of the NEHRA website, you will need to join as a NEHRA member.  Active SHRM members enjoy a discounted NEHRA rate – simply select the NEHRA SHRM type on the join page

*PLEASE NOTE: If you are a SHRM member, be sure to select Chapter #0561 on your SHRM profile or click here to easily do it electronically. Doing this redirects a portion of your SHRM annual dues back to NEHRA. These funds are then used to support member benefits and events in our area!

How do I change my password?
Click here and enter your username or email address associated with your profile and click "Reset Password." Once submitted, an email will be sent to the email address on file and will include a link back to the site to reset your password.  Please note it may take up to 15 minutes for your password to reset. My company has a group membership, how do I update the account?
All organizations with group memberships have a designated ‘group administrator’ that is in contact with the NEHRA membership staff.  Please contact the group administrator for your organization if you have questions about the group membership.  If you are the group's administrator or if you do not know who the group administrator is, please email Pat DiSalvo, Membership Manger, at Due to the unique configuration of groups, all changes related to the group are made to the system by NEHRA.

How do I sign up for a group membership?
For those organizations wishing to have their teams enjoy the benefits of a NEHRA membership and enjoy substantial savings, please email Pat DiSalvo at for more information. Group memberships start at 5 or more members.

Can I pay for my membership by check?
Sure! Please sign up as a ‘Visitor’ and then contact us at, requesting an invoice.  We will send you a link to an invoice you may print out and complete. Please make checks payable to NEHRA and remit invoice with payment to: One Concord Farms 490 Virginia Road, Suite 32, Concord, MA 01742.

My colleague has an account can we share the membership? 
No, per our charter, NEHRA membership is per individual. Use of your membership by a non-member may be a violation of NEHRA policy.  Click here to join and experience the benefits of membership for yourself!

My company paid for my membership. What happens if I leave my job?
First, please login into your account and update your contact information so we can stay in touch with you.  You may also want to change your username and password. 
If your company paid for your membership, they may request a transfer of the remaining time left on the membership to an active employee.  The membership will stay in your account until either the company requests a transfer, or the membership expires.   To avoid expiring you may renew at any time.  If you do not renew, your account will then be changed to a ‘Visitor’ or ‘Past Member’ account.  If this should occur, you may continue your membership by purchasing your own individual membership or by emailing us at   

I have been laid off, am I eligible for the member in transition membership? 
NEHRA’s Members in Transition program is available and free for current members who are unemployed at the time of their membership renewal.  This membership is valid for one year, and provides a variety of resources to help you transition into your next role.  Members interested in this benefit should reach out to Pat DiSalvo, Membership Manager, at, to request a ‘member in transition’ dues waiver.

Are my membership dues tax deductible?
NEHRA annual dues are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

Can I request a refund of my NEHRA dues, or transfer my membership to someone else in my organization?

NEHRA dues are non-refundable. Once membership dues are paid, they cannot be refunded or credited toward future programs or services. NEHRA membership may be transferred. If your company paid for your membership, they may request a transfer of the membership to an active employee. Members or employers looking to transfer company paid memberships may request a transfer form by contacting us at If we have a valid email address for the member whose membership is being transferred, we will notify them of the transfer and their options to renew.

I am already a NEHRA member, why am I getting emails about joining?
Sorry about that! We do our best to keep members from receiving emails not relevant to them. When a new email address enters our system, we send an invitation to join because that new address is not automatically linked to a current member.  Also, sometimes the year flies by and your membership might actually be expired or listed as a ‘visitor’ in our system. How do I post my resume?
NEHRA's Career Center is a great place to get in front of prospective employers. You can upload your resume by logging into , and visiting the manage resumes tab under the job seeker menu! While there be sure to sign up for job alerts as well!

How do I have emails sent to me when a job is posted?
Visit , go to the Job Seeker tab and click Job Alerts. From there you can select location, position and much more!

How do I register for an event?

How do I request a refund/registration transfer?
Sorry to hear you are unable to join us! Cancellation/transfer policies for each event are listed in the individual event description. Please email with any questions.

Do NEHRA events offer CEU/PDC credits? 
Most of NEHRA's programs are approved for SHRM PDC’s / HRCI CEU’s. Credit information is provided after you complete the program. Simply visit the program description page to see if it has been applied/approved for credits and feel free to email Alex Mascaro at with credit questions!

Will presentation materials be available to attendees?
Many of our presenters give permission to release materials for registrants who attend their session. If they are not posted through the online portal, they may emailed to participants directly. Please contact Marissa Cammarano, Project Coordinator at for details specific to the event you've attended. 

Will I receive a certificate or proof of attendance for my employer?
We are happy to provide event participation certificates to attendees upon request. Please email Marissa Cammarano, Project Coordinator at to request your event certificate as proof of attendance.
