ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: THIS PROGRAM WAS DESIGNED FOR:
High potential HR leaders who identify as female, and aspire to the CHRO role within the next 2 – 3 years OR anyone who has been recently promoted into a C-level HR role.

Built by experienced HR Executives and senior level subject matter experts, this curriculum provides you with key concepts and strategic solutions highlighting learning across three focus areas – individual, team and organization. Tailored to meet all of your specific needs, you will engage in real-time exercises to further refine the competencies you need to solidify your own path to the C-Suite.


COURSE FORMAT: ENGINEERED FOR YOUR SUCCESS
Over the course of this 9-month program, you will enjoy a small cohort learning environment with over a dozen learning sessions (combination of half and full day programs that will be offered virtually and/or in person as appropriate). The intimate setting allows for individualized attention, as well as, strong and lasting connections with other senior-level professionals.

SCHEDULE AND TIME COMMITMENT *subject to change*
Each cohort runs from September through May. Generally, there is one session per month, outside of the 2 day in person kick off in September. Currently 5 of the 8 sessions are held virtually in 2-3 hour increments. The remaining 3 held in person and are full days. Participants are expected to practice peer coaching and set up meetings with their mentor outside of the scheduled “class time”.

 

CEU CREDITS
This program has been approved for 42.0 Business Credit Hours.
