ONE-DAY FUNCTIONAL PROGRAMS:
Various opportunities available for our one-day events based on different functions of the HR Profession including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Talent, Legal & Compliance, and Learning & Development. The audience size ranges from 100-250 attendees for each event.
Sponsorship opportunities available range from $1,000 to $5,000. Depending on level, benefits may include an opportunity to address attendees (intro/welcome), complimentary pass(es) to the selected event, marketing prior to the event, opportunity to present a breakout session at selected event, and more. DEVELOPING HR FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM – $5,000/series
NEHRA’S Developing HR Fundamentals Program covers all aspects of HR, including compensation and benefits, employee relations and employment law basics. The program will leave participants well equipped to add immediate value to their organization. The Fundamentals course is offered quarterly and consists of two full-day sessions held at various locations around the Boston area or virtually. Approximately 20 participants attend each session, looking for a general overview of the major functions of HR.
