As our society and our workplaces become increasingly diverse,
organizations are focusing more effort on creating work environments that that recognize the value and the importance Diversity, Equity
and Inclusion has to the "bottom line". This one-day symposium
held in December of each year, explores the strategies and tactics needed to
fully integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion into a human capital
management plan. The day includes a keynote, variety of breakout sessions,
