What we’ve all experienced over the past couple of months has been extraordinary - to say the least. As we see the impact COVID-19 has taken both globally and locally, coupled with the uncertainty of
how long it will last, many of us are left feeling overwhelmed and untethered.
As HR professionals the disruption can feel especially intense, as we work to ensure our employees are safe, while trying to make sound business decisions within an evolving crisis; at the same time,
keeping our loved ones safe. Communication, transparency, patience, courage and agility are needed now more than ever; both at work and at home. As HR leaders, we’re uniquely equipped to rise to
The NEHRA team is here to support you. We are a small but mighty team, who is dedicated to helping our HR community (as well as the broader business community) navigates these “unprecedented times” (how
many times have we heard that phrase lately?). As a non-profit, we’ve always relied on the commitment of our volunteers and business partners to bring you the thought leadership, tools/resources
and professional development you need to be the best HR leader possible. That has not changed; we continue to work closely with our extended community to ensure we’re providing the right level of
support, while finding new and innovative ways to meet your needs.
