Shilpa Pherwani, MS

Shilpa Pherwani, the principal of Ibis Consulting Group and a leading expert in diversity and inclusion, has guided global organizations for more than 12 years on leveraging diversity as a business advantage. An organizational psychologist by training, she partners with organizations to drive sustainable organizational change by conducting cultural assessments, develop strategic diversity action plans, and design compelling and interactive classroom-based and online training.

Shilpa collaborates with key stakeholders to strategically plan, implement, and measure diversity initiatives. She has worked with global organizations to guide management and executives on working effectively across cultural and geographical boundaries. She delivers outcome-driven and systemic consultation to diversity committees, senior members of HR and business leaders. Shilpa's clients include Aetna, Barclaycard US, Boeing, Campbell Soup, Framingham State University, Grainger, Genzyme, Microsoft, Nestle, Progress Software, Sun Life Financial, State Street Bank, Texas Health Resources, Thrivent Financial of Lutherans, Tredegar Corporation, and Williams Sonoma. Shilpa graduated from Kanpur University (India), and has a Master's from Springfield College in Industrial/Organizational Psychology focused in Organizational Development.

Robert Principe, SPHR

Robert is a Senior Consultant with Ibis Consulting Group. He has a combined thirteen years of experience functioning as a Diversity and Inclusion Manager at the director’s level, during which time he developed a keen ability to effectively engage all internal stakeholders. Robert has been directly responsible for the full scope of diversity and inclusion work including assessment of organizational culture, strategic planning, oversight of support mechanisms for workforce diversity, cultural competency development, and the research, design, and facilitation of related training and programming. As a consultant and trainer, Robert has worked with a broad range of clients (for-profits, non-profits, state agencies, schools and colleges) providing consultation, and designing and facilitating effective training programs tailored to address their most pressing leadership, organizational, and workforce issues.

Sheree Galpert, M.A.
Sheree Galpert, Senior consultant with Ibis Consulting Group, is an organization development consultant, professional actor, writer, and educator with more than 25 years of experience. Her areas of expertise include customer service, diversity, cross-cultural communication, leadership development, conflict management, and management and supervisory communication skills. Sheree is also principal of Dramatic Results, an innovative consulting company that uses interactive theater and action-learning techniques to address organizational challenges. Sheree received her Master's in Organization Development from American University/NTL, and her BFA from the University of Washington. In 2004, Sheree founded The Boston Improv Lab, a forum for consultants and trainers to explore uses of improvisation in their work with clients. Sheree has scripted and directed the e-learning scenarios for a number of Ibis’ clients.
