Webinar: Worry and Anxiety in the Age of Coronavirus
Presented by KGA

Program Overview:

Worry, usually about things beyond our control, is a common human experience.  Our brains tend to get stuck on the “what ifs” and imagine the worst.  However, as the Coronavirus spreads across the world and into our own communities, information is coming at us faster than we can digest.  Yesterday’s “what ifs” often become today’s realities.  We’re faced with how to make sense of the information, manage our reactions, and adapt to our evolving circumstances.

Human Resource professionals not only have to manage this in their own lives, but also help quell the fears of employees and guide them through disruption in the workplace.  Not only do they have to care for themselves and their families, but care for their employees as well.

In this seminar we will learn:

·        How to recognize and manage our own reactions.

·        Strategies for staying grounded in a time of rapid transition.

·        How to help others cope.
