Alexandra Geiger is an associate in the litigation department where she assists clients in a wide variety of business and civil litigation matters, including contract, product liability and discrimination claims, as well as other business disputes. Ali represents and counsels individuals and businesses in all stages of litigation.
Ali also has experience counseling employers on managing risk with respect to the employment relationship and representing employers in discrimination, wrongful termination and contract disputes, including claims brought before state and federal agencies. Prior to joining the firm, Alexandra was an attorney at two Boston litigation firms where she concentrated her practice in general civil and commercial litigation.
Adam Hamel is a director in McLane Middleton’s Litigation Department, concentrating his practice in the areas of business, employment and probate litigation. Adam regularly assists clients on a variety of commercial and employment litigation matters, including claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, and violations of restrictive covenants. Adam also has extensive experience working on will contests, fiduciary litigation and guardianships.
Laura Kahl counsels employers on managing and minimizing risk in employee matters such as hiring, discipline and termination of employees, wage and hour issues, classification of employees and independent contractors, claims of discrimination and harassment, and restrictive covenants. She works with employers to maintain compliance with state and federal employment laws, and assists employers with workplace policies and procedures. Prior to joining McLane Middleton, Laura was an attorney with a Massachusetts firm where she concentrated her practice in employment law and general civil and commercial litigation. Laura received her B.A. from Trinity College and her J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law.
