Description

This webinar will help you navigate through top-level thinking regarding the review of, or creation of policies around substance use and substance use disorder. It will help you discuss legal requirements, review and enhance company resources, and think of other ways you can support recovery in the workplace.  Organizational policies under discussion will include Leave of Absence, FMLA, Employee Conduct policies, and Drug and Alcohol policies. Supportive policies will include ways for employees to seek treatment, and ways to support the employee before a substance use disorder impacts performance or causes disciplinary issues for your organization.
