Sunrise Breakfast Event at Gillette Stadium – Recruiting and Retention at the Kraft Group


Description
Join us for a fun-filled morning at Gillette Stadium! We’ll start off in the Putnam Club with breakfast, followed by a private tour of the stadium (including the field and locker rooms!), and concluding with an informative presentation by Krista Gadzala, Director of Talent Acquisition for the Kraft Group.

Krista will review how the Kraft Group recruits new candidates and set expectations for graduates interested in joining their team. The talent acquisition team at the Kraft Group is continuously reviewing how to use technology in streamlining their recruiting process. They have already seen positive results from implementing technology including the ability to reach a broader audience of candidates and being able to review and consider more submissions. Krista will also touch on different ways to incentivize new hires and create high retention rates ultimately affecting the bottom line.

Presenter Bio
Krista Gadzala currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition for the Kraft Group & Affiliates. She has worked with the Kraft Group since 2016.  Prior to that, Krista worked in a variety of organizations in Human Resources, recruiting, hiring and developing teams. She believes that working with hiring managers and developing strong professional relationships provides the foundation for building productive teams that meet the organizations goals. The goal of building a culture that invites all to bring their totality to work; to bring not only skills, but full commitment and presence is a very satisfying objective for her. Combining her skills in recruiting, negotiating and conflict resolution has brought Krista to a successful talent acquisition and human resources career. 

Building great teams is what the Kraft Group & Affiliates is all about.  Krista is truly passionate about working for an organization that appreciates and embraces diversity, drives results with intense work ethic and gives back to the community.
