Description

In the field of HR, attaining a professional certification is not required. However, increasingly, human resource professionals are turning to certification as a means to help them stay current in a field that is changing and evolving at a fast pace. Join us for this in-depth analysis on certification and how it has impacted individuals at different stages in their HR career.

Pursuing a certification will require a significant investment of your time and energy, and there are costs associated with both certification and re-certification. Listen to our panelists share their perspectives on the value of certification, including how certification can impact career advancement and how employers view applicants who have a professional certification. Panelists will also discuss the differences between the SHRM and HRCI certifications and share their experiences preparing for the certification exam.
