High-performing athletes claim it ups their game. Organizations as diverse as Google, Target, Bose and General Mills believe it has given them a competitive advantage. Public figures like ABC newsman Dan Harris have made it their mission to bring it to a popular audience.

The skill is mindfulness meditation, and it enables us to tap into the brain’s built-in capacity for focus and clarity. Moreover, it is a skill that is based in science—research has shown that mindfulness training can help strengthen neural pathways in the brain that enhance creativity, health, and performance, at work and in life.

Mindfulness is for everyone—it can fit every life and support any person on the path to achieving personal and professional goals.

I invite you to attend a special workshop on Mindfulness for HR Professionals, provided by KGA in partnership with NEHRA.

This event is tailored towards individuals seeking to experience, firsthand, how mindfulness training can enhance personal, professional, and organizational performance.

You'll learn principles and practices that can help you:
• Improve your awareness and focus
• Respond to workplace difficulties with greater clarity
• Ignite your creativity, in and out of the office
• Manage the stressors that are unique to the HR profession

This special session will be presented by popular workshop facilitator, Tara Healey, Program Director, Mind the Moment, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, who has over 20 years of experience in organizational development.

Attendance is limited, so I encourage you to register today! Free parking is available at 10 Everett Street.

I look forward to seeing you there.
