NEHRA's Webinar Series:

The Value of Project Management for HR Professionals

Presented by Abudi Consulting Group

Description

Human resource (HR) professionals - regardless of their specific role and responsibilities within the organization - have a variety of projects to be completed on a regular basis, some of which are strategic and will have an impact throughout the entire organization. In order to complete these projects and get the work done, project management is a must have skill for today’s HR professional.

Project management is not about using Microsoft Project and not about being technical. Rather, project management is about applying best practices to getting work done. In this one hour webinar, Gina Abudi of Abudi Consulting Group, will share the value and benefit of project management skills for HR professionals.

Leave this one hour webinar with an appreciation of this critical HR competency and an understanding of how this competency will enable you to:

·         Engage employees in the organization.

·         Get commitment from leadership to launch HR desired initiatives.

·         Accomplish the numerous to-do’s, projects and everyday tasks on your plate.

Through a number of client stories, Gina Abudi will share how other HR professionals have used project management to accomplish their work.
