Pay Equity: A Cause Worth Pursuing
Presented by Korn Ferry

Program Overview:

Understanding U.S. pay equity legislation changes and what this means for your organization. New and pending legislation in several U.S. cities and states is sharpening the focus on the critical issue of pay equity in the workplace, with employers potentially no longer able to ask candidates about their compensation history. We will discuss why organizations should be getting ahead of the issue to understand how their business will be impacted.

We will cover:

  • Current and proposed U.S. pay equity legislation
  • Why gender pay inequity persists
  • Root causes of pay gaps
  • The prescription for organizations to address pay equity and why it’s a cause worth pursuing
