Who is eligible:

Female HR Leaders with a proven track record of high performance, who aspired to the CHRO role within the next few years. A completed application is required (access the application here – due 12/1/17).


What makes this program unique:

Built by experienced senior-level HR executives and subject matter experts, the curriculum provides key concepts and strategic solutions aimed to target learning across three constituent groups – individual, team and organization. Tailored to meet the needs of each participant, you will engage in real-time exercises to further refine the competencies that you need to solidify your own path to the C-Suite.


The format:

Over the course of this 5-month program, participants will enjoy a small cohort learning environment with in-person and virtual learning. Our 2018 cohort launches January 18, 2018 at the Forefront Conference Center in Waltham, MA.
