Beyond the Basics
If you are an experienced HR professional who is ready to transition into a leadership role, or if you want to evolve your current capabilities and knowledge, NEHRA’s Beyond the Basics program is for you! Our highly skilled faculty will help you build the critical leadership, communication, strategic and analytical skills required to be an effective HR leader in today’s dynamic business environment. Leadership Level HR
This series is designed for the experienced HR leader who has mastered the technical competencies and is ready to lead an HR department or to a function within a large HR team. The six-month cohort format includes a coach/mentor and focuses on the core competencies needed to be successful at the leadership level, including: self-awareness, as well as how to be a cultural/change agent, talent manager, diagnostic consultant and operational executor. Globalization, financial management and technology are also covered.
