Maintaining Your Certification—NEHRA’s Approved Provider Status
To retain your certification, SHRM and HRCI require all certified professionals to recertify every three years either by accumulating 60 educational hours or by retaking the exam. NEHRA is an approved provider for educational hours for both the SHRM and HRCI designations. We offer over 50 courses each year—click here for our current calendar of events. Additionally, you can earn the educational hours required to maintain your certification(s) via continuing education, instruction, on-the-job experience, research, publishing, and more.
