NEHRA’S HR Basics program covers all aspects of HR, including hiring basics, compensation and benefits, employee relations and employment law basics. The program will leave participants well equipped to add immediate value to their organization.

Beyond the Basics
If you are an experienced HR professional who is ready to transition into a leadership role, or looking to evolve your current capabilities and knowledge, NEHRA’s Beyond the Basics program is for you! Participating in this program will help to build the critical leadership, communication, strategic planning and analytical skills required to be an effective HR leader in today’s dynamic business environment.
Beyond the Basics is offered on a quarterly basis and can be taken as a series of six half-day classes (held every other week), or on an individual class-by-class basis. Learn more about the next course offering.
Leadership Level HRThis series is designed for the experienced HR leader who has mastered the technical competencies and is ready to lead an HR department or a function within a large HR team. The four-month cohort focuses on core competencies needed to be successful at the leadership level, including self-awareness, change management, talent management, diagnostic consulting and operational execution.
