PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
Now as your organization is trying to do more with less and stress levels are high, there is an innovative and strategic approach for keeping valued workers. What are the business benefits of retaining critical talent during both boom and bust economies? Retention lowers employer costs by reducing hiring and training expenses, continues ongoing relationships with key contacts and avoids the down time when new hires are getting up to speed.
Learn about Deloitte's Mass Career Customization (MCC), a model created by Cathy Benko and Anne C. Weisberg, that supports individuals and their flexibility needs as they navigate their careers over the lifespan. As personal, work and family goals change over the lifecycle, MCC offers a transparent yet structured "lattice approach" to career progression that highlights four key areas -pace, workload, role and schedule/location.
Open your mind to an innovative workforce management strategy for employers of all sizes and industries that responds to today's need for flexibility.
KEY TAKE AWAYS FOR ATTENDEES:
- Learn what Mass Career Customization (MCC) is, including the four key areas of the MCC framework
- Learn how MCC respond to the needs, including flexibility, of today's changing workforce
- Understand the key drivers and the business case for implementing MCC
- Learn the benefits of, and how to transition from a "ladder" to a "lattice" approach
Bring back to your workplace information about how to apply MCC in YOUR organization, no matter what size or type of industry.
