SEMINAR OVERVIEW:

A new methodology developed in Denmark has cracked the code to employee motivation.

Learn how to facilitate deep and lasting engagement toward business goals in this inspiring program where you'll be:
  • Introduced to recent brain research
  • Learn and apply tools you can use immediately to increase your own and others' motivation
  • Understand how internal motivation factors drive behavior and impact personal potential.

Unlike the many programs on motivation that have come before, Motivation Factor is the first method to address individual motivation and business goals in tandem. Motivation is intrinsic and therefore must be cultivated within the individual. How then can HR professionals substantially influence engagement levels?

This program introduces a new theory on motivation that gives individuals the resources they need to become motivated and engaged in the achievement of business goals.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

Participants will:

  • Learn how recent brain research and developments in neuroscience have been combined with emotional and social intelligence to create a powerful new framework for employee engagement and motivation
  • Understand how inherent motivation factors drive behavior and affect personal potential
  • Learn and apply new tools for establishing objectives, reaching common ground, and removing obstacles
  • Identify and address one's own personal "energy drainers" that get in the way of achieving goals

KEY TAKE-AWAYS:

  • Insight into a powerful new framework for driving change, boosting productivity, increasing engagement and preserving organizational talent
  • Tools you can use immediately to establish shared goals, boost energy levels and eliminate obstacles
  • Identify actions you can take to eliminate your own current energy drainers as they relate to your goals
