Bob Kelleher
Bob Kelleher
 is the founder and CEO of The Employee Engagement Group, a subsidiary of The Kelleher Consulting Group, and is a noted speaker, thought-leader, and consultant on the subjects of Employee Engagement, Workforce Trends, and Leadership. Having been an internal practitioner for many years, Bob's practical approach and willingness to share best practices ("been there / done that") have proven to be a winning formula for audiences throughout the world. Previously, Bob was the Chief Human Capital Officer for AECOM, a Fortune 500 global professional services firm, with 45,000 employees located in 450 offices throughout the world and has designed and facilitated global leadership workshops in most continents.  Before joining AECOM, Bob worked for ENSR International, a Massachusetts based 2,300 employee environmental consulting firm with 70 worldwide offices, and now a subsidiary of AECOM.  While at ENSR, Bob was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and spearheaded ENSR's award winning Employee Engagement programs and initiatives as EVP of Organizational Development. He holds a BS in Education and an MBA.

Chuck Mollor
Chuck Mollor
is the founding and Managing Partner of MCG Partners, a premier provider of executive coaching, leadership development, management training, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and sales improvement solutions. For over 25 years he has advised and consulted regional, national and international executives and organizations across industries, start-ups to Fortune 500, and not-for-profits.  Chuck is an executive coach specializing in coaching executives and leadership teams in the U.S. and internationally. His hands-on experience in executive management roles provide clients with a unique perspective and strategic vision to develop strong leaders and build effective organizations. As a member of several executive teams, Chuck has had general management and P&L responsibilities, and has led strategy, sales, marketing, operations and human resources functions. He is a graduate of executive programs at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and at the Harvard Business School. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science with a minor in business administration from Merrimack College.

** Program Fee:

This 2-day workshop is $1195.00 per person. This includes ALL materials, breakfast, lunch, beverages, snacks and complimentary parking.


** Cancellation/Refund Policy:


Cancellations received (in writing) prior to May 19th are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations received between May 19th and May 26th are subject to a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations received between May 26th and June 2nd are entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellations received after June 2nd and workshop "no-shows" do not receive a refund.

Description


From the South Shore:
Exit 20, South Station
Stay in left lane and take left-hand exit marked South Station.
Take second right onto Kneeland Street.
Take left onto Atlantic Avenue -- South Station will be on your right after you take the left onto Atlantic.
Take left onto Summer Street at major intersection.
Take right onto High Street.
Take first left onto Federal Street.
We are in the second block of Federal Street on the left side.

From the North Shore/Storrow Drive:
Take Expressway/Route 93 South to the Purchase Street exit, stay to the right at the fork at the bottom of the ramp. You will then be forced to the left on a one way surface road. Make your first right onto Pearl Street. Go through one set of lights and turn left at 2nd light onto Franklin Street. Go through one set of lights and take a right at second light onto Federal Street. One Federal Street will be on your left.

From Mass Pike
Exit at South Station. At the lights at the end of the exit, continue straight, passing over Beach, East, and Essex streets. At the next set of lights, turn left onto Summer Street. Next, take your second right onto High Street. Take a left onto Federal Street, and go through one set of lights. One Federal Street will be on your left. Garage entrance is further down, also on the left.

PARKING:
Garage entrance is located at One Federal Street.   The garage offers valet parking ONLY; rates are: $25-$37 per day.

Hours:
  • Mondays through Fridays 7:00 am - 11:00 p.m
  • Weekends 7:00 am - 12 midnight. Special arrangements can also be made with advance notice.

 

MBTA Directions:

GREEN and RED LINES - to Park Street: Exit for Winter Street/ Summer Street. Take a Left onto Winter Street. Take a Left onto Washington Street. Take a Right onto Franklin Street. Take a Left onto Federal Street. We are the building on the corner, One Federal, 38th Floor.

RED LINE - to South Station: Walk up Summer Street (away from South Station). Take a Right onto Devonshire. Take a Right onto Franklin. Take a Left onto Federal. We are One Federal, 38th Floor.

RED LINE - to Downtown Crossing: Exit the T for Summer St. Take a Left onto Summer St. Take a Left onto Arch St. Take a Right onto Franklin. Take a Left onto Federal. We are One Federal, 38th Floor.

ORANGE AND BLUE LINES - to State Street: Exit for Devonshire Street. Take a Right. Walk down Devonshire to corner of Milk St. We are the building on the corner of Milk and Devonshire, One Federal, 38th Floor (Federal St. is the front side of the building, Devonshire is the back and there are doors to enter via Devonshire.
