Program Overview:
Please join us for a roundtable discussions on how Human Resources Professionals are currently dealing with employees' financial questions and concerns, and what resources are available for both HR departments and employees.
It's no secret that Financial Stress can drastically impact an employee's focus and productivity; what are the issues being asked of HR and how are they being addressed? Are employees asking YOU whether they can retire, what pension option to take, how to pay for college, how to pay off debt, how to help an aging parent? Are there resources available to answer these questions now? Who do you trust? How do you currently handle this when asked these very questions? Who do you call? Is the information consistent and accurate? Does it complement what is available through the employer's benefit package?
Our discussion will provide some answers for how to deal with the questions and concerns that come up with your employees.

Our Presenter:
Mr. Skip Lockwood, former MLB pitcher (Brewers, Mets, Red Sox) has implemented this concept with Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association (MLBPAA). He will be in attendance to facilitate a discussion on how an Employee Assistance Program relationship, with a specific focus on financial issues, may add value to the NEHRA membership and be a resource of HR professionals.

From the North:
Take Rte 128/95 South to exit 27A. Follow ramp to right and over Route 128. Merge with traffic and continue to 1st set of lights, staying in the left lane. Turn left at the lights onto Wyman St. Turn right into #303 Wyman Street, which is directly across from the Forefront Conference Center (#404 Wyman). Our building is past the speed bump and to the left. Once you enter the main door, proceed to the right corridor and the NEHRA office is the 1st door on your right, once you pass through the hallway doors.
From the South:
