HR professionals need the confidence and competence to lead and engage people and teams during these times. ChangeMap for Managers provides a process to increase that competence.

LHH's proprietary ChangeMap program is designed to provide a roadmap for managers: to help them lead, engage and retain individuals and teams during times of change and uncertainty. 

This session leverages a five-stage behavioral Change model focused on key leaders' actions (what to ask, what to do, and what to avoid) and provides action learning opportunities using practical tools.

Pat Barnard has over 25 years of business experience in both Corporate HR roles and Consulting to Senior Executives and teams for talent solutions.  In addition to coaching executives and teams, Pat is recognized for a deep understanding of career management issues and opportunities.  Pat brings significant leadership development to her work with Lee Hecht Harrison:

• Designed, implemented, and managed a four year leadership development program for senior leaders and their successors.
• Designed and delivered team coaching program for senior team

Prior to Lee Hecht Harrison, Pat held HR positions with BC&BS of Massachusetts and Colorado, managed sales and marketing activities for an emerging technology communications company, and created innovative strategies for organizations in transition.

John Kennedy, as Vice President and Consultant for LHH's Leadership Consulting group, brings over 15 years of business experience in both Corporate HR roles, and consulting roles in the financial services industry. John works closely with clients both one on one and through group facilitation. He coaches clients at all levels, including C-Suite Executives, through Organization Changes, with Career Management decisions and on Leadership Development. John also has expertise providing video feedback, helping clients improve executive presence. 

Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison John held regional HR positions with Ask Jeeves, created best practices and performed global consulting for Thomson Financial and served as a business analyst for Fidelity Investments and Harvard Management Company.
