In addition to common situations, such as maternity leave, illness, or injury, the workshop will explore more difficult scenarios, such as leaves for mental illness, infertility treatment, substance abuse treatment, and situations in which leaves are lengthy, undetermined in length, or where multiple leaves are requested.
