PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
For over 100 years organizations have been on the quest for the "Holy Grail" of sustainable high performance. The quest included attempts to include Efficiency Experts, Work Simplification, Total Quality Management, Reengineering, Six Sigma and most recently LEAN Manufacturing Techniques.
All of these approaches seem to demonstrate great potential and frequently initial success. However, they quickly lose momentum and fade to black after a relatively short period of time. Invariably the approach is viewed as having been flawed. A few years later leadership is enthralled by a new approach with a catchy name to reach and sustain high performance. The organization grabs the brass ring and the cycle is repeated.
The workshop examines the importance of leadership, change management, empowerment, communications, effective project planning/management and creating a culture to sustain high performance as a foundation to successful and sustainable high performance.
