Tracy is the Chief Executive Officer of the NEHRA. Prior to this role, Tracy spent nearly 20 years corporate HR, most recently as Vice President of Human Resources at Harvard Management Company, Inc. In addition to financial services, Tracy spent time as an HR practitioner and leader in publishing, food/beverage and higher education. She is the author of the recently released title “Before and After Resumes: How to Turn a Good Resume Into A Great One” and serves on the board of the New England Society for Association Executives (NE-SAE). | Carole is the Director of Membership and Alliances at NEHRA. She has been with the association since September 2008. Her primary responsibility is to grow and sustain association membership by educating the broader HR community about NEHRA's many member benefits. She also plays a key role in leading our community forums, where she helps build meaningful and relevant programs to enhance the overall membership experience. Prior to joining NEHRA, Carole spent more than 13 years at Bright Horizons Family Solutions, where she held several operational positions, including Division Vice President and Senior Director of Diversity, during which time she lead Bright Horizons' global efforts for diversity and inclusion. Carole holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Anthropology from the University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT (go huskies) and a Master's in Education degree in Early Childhood Education from Antioch College in Ohio. In addition to her direct work with young children, Carole has worked with adolescent girls in an inner city girls club. She also served as the Executive Director of a community health clinic, with a large family medicine and pediatric practice. Carole is a fantastic baker!

| Natalie is the Director of Professional Development. She has been with the association since 2007 when she first served as the Membership Director. Her primary responsibility, and consequently what she loves to do most, is to help to facilitate adult learning. Prior to NEHRA, she was the Education Director for the Concord Art Association and the Education Fellow at the Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston. Originally from Salt Lake City, she moved to Boston to have an adventure and has never looked back. Natalie holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Utah and a Master's degree from the Massachusetts College of Art. | Sara is the Meetings Manager at NEHRA, and has been with the association since 2010. Her primary responsibility is to plan NEHRA's meetings, conferences and special events. Prior to NEHRA, she worked as the Director of Membership at Blue Hill Country Club in Canton, mA planning corporate and social events. Sara holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from James Madison University. Originally from Northern Virginia (Go Redskins!!), she relocated to Massachusetts in 2007. | Pat is the Membership/Operations Coordinator at NEHRA. She joined NEHRA in 2007, filling in part-time for a colleague on maternity leave - and we've never LET her leave. She is now the friendly voice you hear on the phone each day when you call the office, as well as a vital resource to membership and member services. Prior to NEHRA, Pat spent 6 years as a HR/Office Manager for a consulting company that specialized in organizational transformation, and 5 years as a HR Manager for a large property management company. | Megan received her BS in Resource Economics from the University of Connecticut in 2011 (go Huskies!). She is the most recent addition to the NEHRA team, having joined as Project Coordinator in the spring of 2012. In this role, she supports all member and partnership efforts, including data management and reporting, social media and member communication, as well as networking and event coordination (along with keeping the NEHRA team well organized!!). Megan’s interest in travel always keeps her looking forward to the next adventure. She is a runner and enjoys participating in events from 5K’s to half marathons! |
