Phil is a Senior Vice President of Aon Health and Benefits based out of the Boston office. Responsibilities include generating new client relationships and ensuring the delivery of services and solutions to clients in a strategic role.
He has over 22 years of experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry. Prior to joining Aon in 2015, Phil served as Vice President with Hay Companies of New England for five years, helping to significantly grow the Employee Benefits and Property and Casualty consulting and brokerage practices there.
