NEHRA's Webinar Series:

3 Work-site Wellness Steps to Sustain Employee Engagement

Description

You’ve seen it happen - a wonderful and rewarding health and wellness benefit is offered to employees, and at first, there is high buy-in.  After a short amount of time engagement wains.  Why is that?  There are key components missing beyond the initial offerings that can make all the difference between a successful wellness program and one that falls flat.  Kim Laughlin draws from her years of experience in HR and now as a certified Health Coach to bring to light how to create sustained employee engagement.  Join Kim to go over the "3 Work-site Wellness Steps to Sustain Employee Engagement".  Your bottom line depends on it.

Presenters:

Kim Laughlin left her corporate position of Head of HR after studying and receiving her certification to become a Health Coach.  Her focus is working with individuals, groups and work-sites to transform goals into results by educating on nutritional and emotional wellness.  Kim’s approach is based on real life and teaches techniques in which can be easily implemented in today’s busy lives.
