An experienced global consultant, Mr. Eaton specializes in the areas of cultural integration, multinational team building, global leadership development, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, outsourcing/offshoring, and other large-scale corporate transactions. He is a frequent author and speaker in public and private company forums, having facilitated more than 500 workshops. He has been a guest lecturer at major business schools and universities, including Harvard University, Emory University, Boston University, and Babson College.
