Learn how to evaluate jobs, leverage market data and align your
performance management system. You'll discover the impact of plan
design on budgeting, along with how to approach executive compensation.
We'll also cover how to successfully present, communicate and
implement a comprehensive compensation plan.
Presenter:
Julie has more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of compensation program planning and execution. She is experienced in developing, communicating and administering base salary programs as well as short and long term variable compensation plans, both cash and equity settled. She has worked in both global and domestic industry sectors including healthcare, medical devices, insurance and most recently higher education where she is responsible for designing and implementing the University’s compensation programs with an eye toward attracting and retaining top talent.
