NEHRA's Webinar Series
Effective Practices for Recruiting and Hiring Individuals with Disabilities

Presented by Work Without Limits

Program Overview:

Finding and retaining qualified employees is one of the most significant workforce issues facing employers today; with baby boomers retiring and fewer candidates entering the workforce this will become increasingly difficult in the future.  By attending this webinar, you will learn about an innovative yet proven strategy to recruit and retain dedicated, qualified employees who want to work and just happen to have a disability.

Key Take Aways:

  • An increased understanding of why leading companies are striving to include individuals with disabilities in their companies as employees, customers and vendors;
  • The most effective strategies leading companies are using to create truly inclusive work environments; and
  • State and federal resources that are available to support your company’s efforts to attract, retain and accommodate qualified employees with disabilities.

This session will demonstrate that employing people with disabilities is a sound business strategy that will positively impact your bottom line and give your company the competitive advantage. It’s easier than you think.
