Ellen Brady - HR Consultant and Executive Coach
As an independent Human Resource Consultant and Executive Coach, Ellen brings over 20 years of broad based human resource management experience to small and mid-size organizations. Prior to starting her own firm, she provided hands-on and strategic HR leadership and direction in a variety of industries including retail, manufacturing, technology, medical services, and financial services. Most recently Ellen directed the HR activities for an acquisition and ultimate closing of a manufacturing facility in Western MA. For the last 18 years, she has worked with the Career Planning and Development Office at Harvard Business School, preparing and coaching students with career search strategies.
Ellen is a graduate of Boston College and spends her time between Boston, Cape Cod and Key West, FL.
