components of how to successfully transition from being a content
expert to a more strategic role, by helping you understand the big
picture implications of changes in benefit plan design.
Ryan Rourke, Hays Companies
Ryan joined Hays Companies in 2011 and is responsible for new business development, marketing strategy, RFP responses and benefits technology initiatives.
Ryan is a seasoned Health and Welfare Consultant with over 17 years’ experience in the industry. His career started with Tufts Health plan where he worked on major and national accounts such as Verizon and Walmart. He also had a specialty in the municipal sector working with such entities as City of Boston and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts GIC program. In 2005 Ryan began working as a broker at USI before joining the Hays Companies team in 2011. He is also a founding Member of the MA Health Connector Advisory Board.
Ryan also prides himself on volunteer and civic engagement as he has been a coach board member for Lowell Highlands Baseball Association since 1998, is the president of a local charity, and is on the City of Lowell Board of Parks.
