Ruth Baylis - Manager, Talent Acquisition at Tufts Health Plan
Ruth Baylis is the Manager, Talent Acquisition at Tufts Health Plan. Ruth has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources in a variety of industries. Before Joining Tufts Health Plan Ruth was in a variety of roles from VP of Human Resources with a Global Asset Management Firm, Director of Human Resources at an Environmental Non-Profit and Director of Talent Acquisition and Benefits in a large Financial Services company. She specializes in all aspects of Human Resources with an emphasis on Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition.
Ruth holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a M.S. from the University of New Haven.
Ellen Brady - HR Consultant and Executive Coach
As an independent Human Resource Consultant and Executive Coach, Ellen brings over 20 years of broad based human resource management experience to small and mid-size organizations. Prior to starting her own firm, she provided hands-on and strategic HR leadership and direction in a variety of industries including retail, manufacturing, technology, medical services, and financial services. Most recently Ellen directed the HR activities for an acquisition and ultimate closing of a manufacturing facility in Western MA. For the last 18 years, she has worked with the Career Planning and Development Office at Harvard Business School, preparing and coaching students with career search strategies.
Ellen is a graduate of Boston College and spends her time between Boston, Cape Cod and Key West, FL.
