Phil Bean is currently Senior Vice
President of Hays Companies. Phil has 19 years of experience in the insurance industry,
including nine years with AIG and six years with Allianz in various
capacities including underwriting, business development and sales management.
Since 2009, Phil has functioned as a broker and consultant of Employee
Benefits and Property & Casualty solutions, assisting businesses with
improving and managing their health and welfare and commercial insurance
Phil has a BA from the
University of Delaware and holds life, health, accident, property and
casualty insurance licenses.
