mitigate organizational risk. This session will introduce helpful
processes and tools, while providing step by step instructions for
handling internal investigations.
Ronit Velde, SPHR, Mathworks
Ronit Velde is currently a member of the Human Resources team at MathWorks®, a global software company in Natick, MA. Prior to joining MathWorks, she was the Senior Director of Administration and Human Resources at MassBiologics of University of Massachusetts Medical. Over the years, Ronit has held positions of increasing responsibility with an emphasis on employee relations, performance management, management coaching, HRIS implementation, staffing and compensation strategies.
Prior to entering into the HR field, Ronit was an educator with the Peace Corps in Cape Verde, West Africa. She holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts-Boston, a BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is SPHR certified. Ronit has been an active NEHRA member since 2008, and is currently co-chair of the 2015 Conference Committee.
