Beyond the Basics Individual Session: Benefits Strategy & Design


Program Overview:

Deepen your employee relations skills by learning how to utilize basic tools and processes that will enhance your ability to resolve issues and mitigate organizational risk. This session will introduce helpful processes and tools, while providing step by step instructions for handling internal investigations.




Deb Vettori, HR Manager, Comcast Cable


Deb Vettori is currently a Human Resources Manager for Comcast Cable in the Greater Boston region. She is responsible for overseeing the human resources operations for approximately 500 employees in various locations. Since joining Comcast in 1999, Deb has held positions of increasing responsibility. She has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of HR, partnering with business leaders to meet important business challenges.    Deb holds an associate’s degree from Fisher College.  She has been a member of NEHRA since 2002. She teaches the Employee Relations module of NEHRA's HR Basics program.
