Steve DeBellis, De Bellis Partners
Stephen De Bellis is the Principal Compensation Consultant and Executive
Director of De Bellis Partners. The theme of Stephen’s career has been
original design and/or major revitalization of existing compensation
programs, including the entire cycle of development, from assessing and
planning to implementation and administration.
His experience includes roles in corporate compensation management and
program development, compensation program manager within corporate,
headquarter, and divisional environments, and as an external national
Stephen has worked in both the public and private sectors, in for-profit and
not-for-profit organizations from start-up to Fortune 500 organizations, and
within technology, research and development, technical lean and non-technical
manufacturing, healthcare, biotech, insurance, and university and other
educational organizations and institutions.
Stephen holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree, cum laude, is a
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) with WorldatWork, and is a member
of NEHRA as well as the New England Compensation Consortium (NECC).
Stephen teaches the
Compensation Fundamentals module of NEHRA’s Beyond the Basics program.
