Bob Kelleher, President & Chief Engagement Officer, The Employee Engagement Group
Bob Kelleher is the President and Founder of The Employee Engagement Group, and is an award-winning speaker and thought leader on employee engagement, workforce trends, and leadership. He is an organizational effectiveness expert, a certified SDI instructor, trained in DiSC assessments, and the designer of the top-rated and certified leadership workshop, Engage! - “Engaging Employees To Drive Results” , which he has delivered across the globe.
Before becoming an author/speaker/consultant, Bob spent 25 years building award-winning engagement cultures, as the Chief Human Capital Officer for AECOM, a 47,000-employee Fortune 400 professional services firm with 450 global officers, and as EVP and COO of ENSR, an international environmental consulting firm.
Bob has a BS degree from Salem State College, Salem, MA, and a MBA from Suffolk University, Boston, MA. He resides in Danvers, MA, with wife Candice, and is blessed with 3 terrific children, Marissa, Brendan, and Connor. In his spare time Bob enjoys reading, photography, playing baseball, basketball, and golf, and often can be found kayaking the waters of New England.
Kelly Botto, Associate Consultant, The Employee Engagement Group
Kelly is a consultant who specializes in leadership and
management development. Kelly brings over 15 years of experience in human
resource, organization and leadership development. She is exceptional at
building relationships, understanding client needs and determining solutions
that drive individual and organizational performance. Her clients appreciate
her warm, direct and insightful style.
For the past six years, Kelly was a
Partner with Camden Consulting Group, a boutique executive coaching and
leadership development firm. As Partner, Kelly led the client relationship
management, consulting services design and delivery and operations for the
firm. In this role, Kelly partnered with clients to assess their needs, design
solutions and align Camden’s resources to best meet the need of the client.
Prior to Camden, Kelly was an
independent consultant for 9 years where she provided expertise in executive
coaching, performance management and leadership development to companies in a
breadth of industries including financial services, technology, public
relations and consumer goods. Kelly has sourced and vetted hundreds of
coaches in her career and has helped organizations define their coaching needs
at both an individual level and program level. She is also an expert at
matching the right coach with client needs. Some of Kelly’s clients
include Omgeo, Loomis Sayles, MIT Sloan, State Street, Biogen Idec, Mobiquity,
Inc, Atrius Health, Genzyme, Novartis.
Kelly’s passion is to help
individuals and organizations fulfill their potential. She has the natural
ability to collaborate across boundaries and develop trusted relationships.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Anselm College.
Kelly lives in Melrose,
Massachusetts with her husband and three sons. Away from work she
enjoys watching her sons’ sporting events, boating on the North Shore and
walking her dog Koda.
