Program Overview:

It's not enough just to know about the four generations.  It's time to truly understand them, especially those who make up Generations X and Y.  This workshop will focus on maximizing generational similarities and capitalizing on their differences.  

Participants will leave with:
  • Ways to utilize the strengths of each generation to support the growth of success of the others
  • Techniques for communicating, aligning, and developing employees of all ages
  • A practical understanding of critical influences and how best to translate them into high performance
  • A rich collection of engagement tools that can be used immediately

Bob Kelleher, President & Chief Engagement Officer, The Employee Engagement Group

Bob Kelleher is the President and Founder of The Employee Engagement Group, and is an award-winning speaker and thought leader on employee engagement, workforce trends, and leadership. Regularly featured on national media, including recent appearances on CNBC, CBS Radio, and Fox Radio, Bob is also a frequent writer in many national publications, including Business Week, Fortune, HR Executive, NBC News, Incentive Magazine,  CNET, The Boston Globe, and Training Magazine, amongst others, and is a contributing editor to Boston.com, Monster.com and Hotel Executive.

Bob is the author of the best seller Louder Than Words,  10 Practical Employee Engagement Steps…that Drive Results!, the critically acclaimed, Creativeship, A Novel for Evolving Leaders, and the December 2013 released  Employee Engagement for Dummies, quickly climbing the charts on both Amazon and Barnes and Noble.

An in-demand speaker, Bob is often asked to speak on employee engagement, workforce trends, and leadership, has spoken at conferences throughout the worldand has presented to the leadership teams of some of world’s best companies.  He is an organizational effectiveness expert, a certified SDI instructor, trained in DiSC assessments, and the designer of the top-rated and certified leadership workshop, Engage! - “Engaging Employees To Drive Results” , which he has delivered across the globe.

Before becoming an author/speaker/consultant, Bob spent 25 years building award-winning engagement cultures, as the Chief Human Capital Officer for AECOM, a 47,000-employee Fortune 400 professional services firm with 450 global officers, and as EVP and COO of ENSR, an international environmental consulting firm.

Bob has a BS degree from Salem State College, Salem, MA, and a MBA from Suffolk University, Boston, MA. He resides in Danvers, MA, with wife Candice, and is blessed with 3 terrific children, Marissa, Brendan, and Connor. In his spare time Bob enjoys reading, photography, playing baseball, basketball, and golf, and often can be found kayaking the waters of New England.


Kelly Botto, Associate Consultant, The Employee Engagement Group

Kelly is a consultant who specializes in leadership and management development. Kelly brings over 15 years of experience in human resource, organization and leadership development. She is exceptional at building relationships, understanding client needs and determining solutions that drive individual and organizational performance. Her clients appreciate her warm, direct and insightful style.

 

For the past six years, Kelly was a Partner with Camden Consulting Group, a boutique executive coaching and leadership development firm. As Partner, Kelly led the client relationship management, consulting services design and delivery and operations for the firm. In this role, Kelly partnered with clients to assess their needs, design solutions and align Camden’s resources to best meet the need of the client.

 

Prior to Camden, Kelly was an independent consultant for 9 years where she provided expertise in executive coaching, performance management and leadership development to companies in a breadth of industries including financial services, technology, public relations and consumer goods.  Kelly has sourced and vetted hundreds of coaches in her career and has helped organizations define their coaching needs at both an individual level and program level.  She is also an expert at matching the right coach with client needs.  Some of Kelly’s clients include Omgeo, Loomis Sayles, MIT Sloan, State Street, Biogen Idec, Mobiquity, Inc, Atrius Health, Genzyme, Novartis.

 

Kelly’s passion is to help individuals and organizations fulfill their potential. She has the natural ability to collaborate across boundaries and develop trusted relationships. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Anselm College.

 

Kelly lives in Melrose, Massachusetts with her husband and three sons.  Away from work she enjoys watching her sons’ sporting events, boating on the North Shore and walking her dog Koda.
