Stress Management for HR
Does work or home have you all stressed-out?
If so, you may want to participate in a stress management facilitated discussion provided by
KGA, Inc. (Kathleen Greer Associates). These discussions are free of charge as a benefit to
NEHRA members, offered quarterly.
All NEHRA members are invited to attend this confidential session designed especially for HR
professionals and hosted and facilitated by the KGA staff.
The discussion will focus on:
- Stressors unique to HR Professionals
- Assessing your personal stress level
- Stress management techniques & tips
Heidi Beach, LICSW, Senior EAP Consultant, KGA, Inc.
Heidi Beach, LICSW, is a Senior EAP Consultant providing counseling and consultation to employees, HR professionals, and managers. She joined KGA in 2013 after working for several other EAP firms during her 20+ year career. Heidi is experienced in stress management, workplace trauma, critical incident counseling, and management consultation. She enjoys clinical work in parent guidance, working with young adults, and with adults looking to manage their well-being in productive ways.

Alison Magee, Sr. VP of
Clinical Services, KGA, Inc.
Alison W. Magee is KGA's Senior Vice President of Clinical
Services, where she oversees the assessment, counseling and referral services
provided by KGA's clinical consultants. Alison has 30 years of clinical,
work/life, substance abuse treatment and management experience. She is a
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Alison is also a Faculty
Advisor to graduate interns at Boston University School of Social Work. Prior
to coming to KGA in 2012, Alison was Vice President of Clinical Services for
E4Health (formerly Sobel and Raciti Associates, Inc.) where she managed the
clinical service delivery for the EAP. Alison has a M.S.W. from Boston
