Lauri Rich began her career in Human
Resources at Harvard University in 1982 and has since held leadership
positions in various industries including: a high growth training solutions
company, a global internet conferencing corporation, the largest managed care
provider and the world’s leading education company.
In 2001, Lauri founded
Infinite Connections, LLC, a strategic human capital consulting firm
dedicated to providing innovative and scalable solutions to business
challenges. She has been engaged to work with a variety of clients, aligning
their business and people strategies and integrating sustainable workforce
planning models to drive performance results. She is noted for establishing
best practices to identify, acquire, develop and retain talent at all levels
as well as coaching leaders and teams to peak performance.
Lauri holds a BA in Management from
Simmons College, where she was appointed the Talent Acquisition Executive in
Residence in 2009. She has been an active member and speaker for NEHRA since
