Brittney Silvestri
Boston College

Brittney is currently completing her sophomore year at Boston College, with a Major in Human Development.  She is very involved in the Boston College Human Resource Academy, as well as the student chapter of SHRM. Brittney has exhibited leadership by volunteering for the Pulse Program by helping homeless youth with peer counseling, and is also with the Boys and Girls Club of the Greater Boston area. Her college career is focused on her interests in psychology, teams, and organizations, which have directed her to a concentration in Human Resources. Brittney feels that the most important contribution HR can make to the success of an organization is in the development of its people.
