John D. Erdlen Five Star Award

This year, for the first time, the John D. Erdlen Award - the highest honor bestowed annually by NEHRA - was presented to two individuals: Helen Drinan and Russ Campanello.  For the last eighteen years, this award has given to an individual, corporation, institution and/or association for outstanding accomplishment in the advancement of the human resources profession. The presentations to both recipients will be made at NEHRA’s Annual Awards Dinner in May 2007.

During the past year, both Helen and Russ have displayed exemplary courage, high ethical standards and unwavering commitment to "do the right thing" in their respective organizations - in the face of tremendous pressure and personal risk. In addition, both have been long time leaders and innovators of HR.
