He is a proven strategic thinker with a balanced perspective. For those developing a human resources career, he has been readily accessible for networking and education. A past member fo the NEHRA Board of Directors for six years, Keith also participated actively in several committees, in each case making a significant contribution.

Keith has served as Raytheon's Senior Vice President of Human Resources since 2001. In this position, he is responsible for providing world-wide direction for the company's human resources initiative.
