Eddie R. Mangahas, Deloitte & Touche LLP

Eddie Mangahas has been a human resources professional for over 16 years. He has held progressively advancing positions in a variety of industries, including retail, hospitality, healthcare, and professional services. He is currently employed at Deloitte & Touche, LLP in a dual role, serving as recruiting manager for the audit practice, while also acting as the HR consultant for all functions across the New England practice of Deloitte. Prior to joining Deloitte, Eddie owned ERM Consulting Group, a recruitment and HR consulting practice for nearly 3 years. He has also held positions as director of recruitment at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, director of HR at NE Restaurant Company, and regional HR manager of recruitment for Macy’s.

Eddie has been a member of NEHRA for almost 10 years, having served as co-chair of the Diversity Committee, and is active in other programs and Special Interest Groups.

He currently resides in Chelmsford, MA with his wife Tania, his daughter, Avery and his son, Mitchell.
