John D. Erdlen Scholarship Award

Kathryn, a candidate for a bachelor of science degree in management from Providence College in Providence, RI, is the recipient of the John D. Erdlen Scholarship Award which is given each year to the most outstanding Future Stars in HR Scholarship applicant.  Kathryn is a Dean’s List student and has gained valuable human resources work experience as an intern with Unimin Corporation and the A.T. Cross Company.  She was a founding member of the Future Friar Executives student organization at Providence College and currently serves as the co-chair of their Career Development committee.  Kathryn is committed to mastering all of the competencies required for a successful career in human resources and she is now researching both the MBA and law school programs that will be available to her after her graduation in May 2006.
