Sara is now pursuing a bachelor of arts degree in human development with a minor in organizational studies/human resources at Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA. Sara is planning a career in human resources because of her personal commitment to and understanding of the value that individuals contribute to companies.   She recently put her expertise to use as an intern with Hoffman Recruiters where she helped in the formation of a human resource system for Boston Trust.
