Announcing the Employee Engagement Specialist Certification Program! This 40 hour program consists of a detailed examination of such topics as:

- Building Innovation into your Culture
- Conducting engagement surveys
- Developing an effective communication protocol
- Hiring engaged employees
- And much, much more!
Participants will receive 40 HRCI credits toward SPHR/PHR accreditation along with a Certification as an Employee Engagement Specialist. Additionally the program is endorsed by the Northeast Human Resource Association (NEHRA).
This Certification Program will meet one Friday per month from 8am-12pm in Woburn, MA, beginning June 21st, and runs for 10 months.
